Me cooking chocolate chips muffins and banana chocolate chip muffins

So today the Sunday 3rd October I have cooked  chocolate chips muffins and banana chocolate chip muffins all by myself so if you want to see them all you have to do is scroll down P.S. Happy holidays. 

Here are my Chocolate chip muffins if you want to know the recipe scroll down
Ingredients 

2 cups Edmonds Standard Grade Flour
4 tsp Edmonds Baking Powder
pinch salt
100g Tararua Butter, melted
3/4 cup Chelsea Caster Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup Meadow Fresh Original Milk


Here is the method 

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until just mixed. Don't over mix or muffins will be tough.
Spoon into well-greased muffin tins and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked.  Ideally served warm

Here are the banana chocolate chip muffins.


Ingredients 

2 eggs
1/4 cup Olivani Pure Olive Oil 
2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
1 cup Meadow Fresh Low Fat Milk
3/4 cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
2 1/2 cups Edmonds Standard Grade Flour
4 tsp Edmonds Baking Powder
1 cup chocolate chips

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C. 
    Line a 12 hole standard sized muffin tin with muffin papers.

    In a large bowl beat the eggs, Olivani Pure Olive Oil , mashed bananas, Meadow Fresh Low Fat Milk and Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar together – just lightly. Mix in the Edmonds Standard Grade FlourEdmonds Baking Powder and chocolate chips. Don’t over mix – the ingredients should be just gently stirred together to combine. Spoon into the prepared tins and bake for 15 – 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Cool on a wire rack
